In the Agora, we encourage:

• Respect: Treat others as you would like to be treated. Every published scenario is real and lived.
• Understanding: Try to understand both viewpoints before voting.
• Kindness: Comment constructively if a commenting feature is added in the future.
• Honesty: Vote according to your real conviction, not favoritism.
• Open-mindedness: Recognize that reality is often nuanced.

Strictly prohibited:

• Inappropriate messages: Any aggressive, insulting or inappropriate message.
• Discrimination: Racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory remarks of any kind.
• Privacy: Publishing identifiable personal information (full names, addresses, phone numbers) without consent.
• Illegal content: Any content contrary to the law.
• Spam and manipulation: Creating multiple accounts to vote multiple times, automating votes.
• Off-topic content: Posting commercial content, advertising, or unrelated to the service's purpose.
• False information: Deliberately posting fake scenarios to manipulate the community.

When you publish in the Agora:

• Your scenario is visible to all Who Is Right users.
• Your personal identity (email, name) is NOT displayed publicly.
• Party first names (e.g., 'Sophie' and 'Marc') are kept for readability, but make sure not to include last names or identifiable information in the text.
• You can delete your publication at any time from your profile.

⚠️ Advice: Only publish if you're comfortable with your situation (anonymized) being read by others.

How it works:

• Automatic moderation: An AI checks publications before they go live to detect inappropriate content.
• Community reporting: Users can report problematic content (feature coming soon).
• Human review: Our team reviews reports and makes decisions.

Possible sanctions:

• Warning
• Content removal
• Temporary account suspension (7 to 30 days)
• Permanent ban in case of serious or repeated violation

The voting system:

• Each logged-in user can vote once per scenario.
• Votes are anonymous (your identity is not revealed).
• Statistics (gender, age group) are aggregated and anonymized.
• Voting earns you participation points.

💡 The goal of voting is to provide a constructive outside perspective.

By publishing in the Agora, you acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you share.
• You have the right to publish this content (no confidentiality violation, no content belonging to others).
• Community votes are subjective opinions, for informational purposes only.
• Who Is Right is not responsible for the consequences of your decisions based on community votes.
